The last time I checked, the Summer 2010 release has been pushed to Fall 2010, a.k.a. her usual.

Doesn't she always release her new single closer to fall? Yes, usually. BOMT and OOPS were both released at the beginning of Winter, but every lead single since has been released at the beginning of Fall.
