It was an official rule in the old Pulse as well but this time we'd like to keep things as clean and organized as possible so when making a new single topic, please ensure the song has been confirmed as a single for the format or is getting significant airplay on the format.
There are other forums for songs that don't fit in here. If it's not official, "Album Tracks / Non-Singles" is still appropriate, as is discussion in the appropriate thread in the Artist Discussion Forums.
